I have decided that I will vote for Barack Obama. We need the change in Washington he stands for. He shows that he truly cares for the average person working each week to take care of their families. We need Barack Obama and Joe Biden to stand up for America and help us. This economy needs someone there to get our economy turned around in a positive way. Barack Obama will do that for America.

Obama probably should refer to McCain more in terms of his opponent and not use the name so much when comparing and contrasting. Speak with conviction at all times, continue to motivate in your speeches even in the small settings. Keep the focus on the people and the issues, but don't let them push you to revealing too much of your datails. The Republicans are waiting to take what they can and run with it just as they did with your Time for Change theme because they have no fresh ideas of their own.

With the Presidential election date growing near, American voters must try to decide which candidate will be the best to solve the problems at hand. The first of course being the Economy, with our Nations Security following somewhere on the list. Voters are given the option of Experience versus Popularity. As a former Democrat who will vote Republican for the first time I feel compelled to explain to the multitude of "undecided" voters why a "Forgotten Incident" MUST remain an Important Issue in the public mind when determining who will best serve the people of this country. I am referring to the "Obama visit to Iraq". This incident was the BIGGEST example of Obama's hypocrisy hands down. We have been told continuously since he started campaigning how he is for "the middle class and poor".....the hard working Americans....a time for change.....and yet, what he proved in Iraq, was his complete disregard for just such Americans....I believe everyone will agree that our military men and women represent one of the best examples of the average hard working citizen. Putting their heart and soul into a job that could take their life at anytime and Giving this country their lives is by far one of the most heroic and honorable examples of "love of country and humanity".
Our service men and women deserve our admiration and respect, and yet, they expect and ask for little. I can not imagine any American citizen that would not gladly walk into the hospital ward where our wounded and dying soldiers lay, to shake their hand or say thank you....we appreciate all you've done. But not Obama....he could not and would not remove his "golden halo" or "rock star ego" for even one moment. Basking in the glory of the worshiping media was far more important than taking just 30 minutes to be "a regular American citizen" . All his talk about being "for the People" proved on that day to be the biggest lie of his campaign. It was his excuse of "I don't wish to make our servicemen a pawn in politics" that immediately changed the way I viewed Baroc Egobama....When he was told that he was welcome to visit with our soldiers without his glorious media coverage, his true "lack of patriotism" emerged. If he could not have his cameras to show him smiling and shaking hands, then he was no longer interested in the feelings or welfare of our military personnel. How dare him dishonor our wounded and dying American men and women that way. Does he really think that he is too Good to be "just a regular American", even just for a few moments, to give our lonely and isolated soldiers a kind word or a "thank you". NO EXCUSE.....will ever convince the multitude of soldiers or spouses of those that were wounded or killed, that he had anyones interest in mind but HIS OWN. Imagine.....A man who finds a basketball to be better company than those that give their ALL to protect and serve this country,wants to control the very military he ignored.....I don't think so....how stupid does he think the American people really are? What I find so very very sad is that so many Americans idolize this "person".....can they not see his true nature, what better example is there of his massive ego, lies and hypocrisy than to turn his back on the very people that are fighting and dying for the country he intends to rule. So much for his "Being the voice of the people" and constant talk of "CHANGE"......His idea of change is a deception we can do without. So PLEASE America......as one of the Iraq widows, I am pleaing on behalf of the thousands of wounded or killed soldiers and their spouses, Do NOT allow yourselves to be Fooled by Obama's pretty words ( they are not even his own) and empty promises....the only benefits he will bring are to himself and those he deems elite enough to be worthy of his presence!!!
