It was a very adept move to turn the mocking of small town mayors (and, specifically, their preparedness to assume the presidency of the United States) in to the mocking of small towns and their people, but that sort of craft was significantly diminished by coupling it with an attack on community organizers. In the hands of a capable person (like Martin, or say, Obama), Palin could pay dearly for that remark.
On this sort of thing, I really hope Obama doesn't hold back much.
Community organizers are the only people who actually deal with people. I have never met the mayor of any town I've lived in for any reason other than ceremonial. Community organizers- I know them all ( I'm poor. It helps).
Since Palin and Giuliani has criticized and belittled the importance of community organizing
There has been some blowback from commentators (namely Roland) I was certain that people would start wikiian the term. Well it is funny what I found.
I typed in Community Organizer and was surprised to see rush Limbaugh mentioned, it didn’t quite jibe with what I was expecting so I looked at the CACHE instead and low and behold the original has been changed HMMMM. Who do you think did that?
