Stevie Wonder to perform at Mile High

BFCE!!!! Personally, I'd go out of my way to see Stevie in concert more than Springsteen.

Stevie Wonder, an Obama favorite, will perform Thursday night at the climax of the Democratic National Convention.

A local paper had reported that Bruce Springsteen would perform, but an Obama aide says the headliner is actually Wonder.

No more!

Every time I start to feel old, the Democrats are there to remind me that there will always be someone older.

That will be good to see.

It was good to see Melissa Etheridge looking and sounding healthy tonight, even though her medley was an absolutely horrid arrangement.

Clancy, it's late or early and I missed everything live, due to a family/child crisis, but I was on to Tom Brokaw a LONG time ago and finally told him to shove it Tuesday night. I just wanted to put it out there that I agreed with you before you even made your funny Brokaw remark.

I had to watch it all in repeats, but it was still great.

And that Michael Steele dim wit was on C-Span saying it's great that Obama can give a good speech along with good theatrics, but he has to come up with better than that....blah, blah. Obama hasn't spoken yet. Who IS this moron? I know he hearts Hannity, but he makes no sense.

Adrienne, Steele is little more than a perpetual "rising star" in the GOP. Having never been elected to anything at all, in 2002 Bob Ehrlich chose Steele to be his Lt. Gov. running mate when he ran for Gov. of MD. A heavily Democratic state, Ehrlich & Steele had the good fortune to run against Kathleen Kennedy-Townsend, the worst campaigner in the history of the planet. Townsend made little effort in the campaign, seeming to coast on her bonafides as a Kennedy. Ehrlich barely won, but was soundly defeated for re-election four years later. In 2006, Steele decided to run for the Senate, and had his ass handed to him by Ben Cardin.

Paddy, nope. Well . . . hmmm. Um, maybe.

I totally 'get' Stevie Wonder, but I can't help bu associate him with my parents. . . who are quite a bit older than Barack Obama.

Of course, given his apparent problems with that generation, perhaps it's not a bad thing. Hell, bring out the Andrews Sisters while were at it.

Clancy brings back the Andrews Sisters ( anyone able to raise the dead?)

I adore Bruce ( to the point of fangirlish obsession), but I am also a diehard Stevie fan and can't wait to see Stevie tonight. Awesomeness!!!!!

And this song made up for the Buchanan picture.
