FOX- Palin knows about foreign policy because Alaska is ‘right next door to Russia’

Hmm, I guess by Fox's parameters, since I've lived next door to a hospital for 16 years, I must be a doctor. VIA Think Progress.

Russia expertise via osmosis as governance of Seward's folly. Ha ha thats a hilarious talking point.

BTW, what about all the RNC rascals that claimed Hillary was only in her position because of Bill? Um, she was the most qualified pick for the job? Or was it just her ovum, John.

Thing is, it won't help if her role is to remain subordinate to McCain, who basically promises to make relations with Russia worse.

Hey, one of you researchy types might want to find the polling of the white male voters in SC and NC about a woman being pres. or vice pres. I don't think they liked it here in SC, y'all. McCain's too old for their comfort--too have a female vice pres. And we women are considered pretty subserviant down here. I just had a guy I don't know offer to get me a coke while I was waiting at the pharmacy. And he hung around to help me get the doors and shit to my car.

He was 1/2 Hispanic and 1/2 African American and said he cried and cried last night at the prospects of Senator Obama being pres. and he LOVED Joe Biden and his life story.

My point? We have many, many wonderful gentlemen down here, but they still think women should be "helped" and taken care of while the wife raises the kids. I don't think this will fly no matter how "strong" the woman is.

Republican Hubby and I fight about his "helping" me more than anything else. He's a southern gentleman and I'm a northern woman. We don't even fight over politics as much as we do over his "helping" me AND any other woman he sees who needs it. HA! There will be fighting everywhere in SC.

My point exactly, Ads.

And the GOP can't win without the southern hate vote.

It just gets more and more interesting. I'm feeling better by the moment.

Bucky, Republican hubby and 5 other guys said McCain is way too old for a female VP. 3 said they really like Biden and will vote Democratic if Obama convinces them by Nov. or they will sit this one out, and 2 said they're voting Obama b/c they are VERY pleased with Biden.

And then he said he had to go b/c he was gonna help this woman carry a box to her car. See what I mean? I'm not kidding.

What polling is McCain looking at?

Her infant is going to be so used by the GOP. The story will go tht she had DNA testing and knew her child would have Down's Syndrome, but chose not to have an abortion so, therefore, NO woman should be given the choice any longer. (don't even go into the illogic of it!) Doesn't she realize this?

There's a diary up at DKos that is collecting the reaction of the conservative media. It's a lot of fun. Some appear to be giving Barr a second look.

Ha!

Who the heck is Sarah Palin???

Deparation is soooo ugly!!! If McCain thinks that disgruntled female supporters of Hillary Clinton will fall for this...
