The lingering question surrounding New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson's acceptance -- and then rejection -- of an appointment by President-elect Obama as secretary of commerce, is why did he want the job in the first place?Richardson will hold a press conference at 1 p.m. ET in New Mexico.
