VIDEO-- Bush: I have liberated America's school children

30 seconds is all it took for Bush to add one more fuddlebrained stupidism to his extensive lists of inane quotes:

In his last policy speech, President Bush said today that No Child Left Behind has led to the "liberation" of America's school children.

I can't imagine why public schools are failing. Could this be why Bush thinks No Child Left Behind is a success?
