The YouTube video, titled, "Bad News," is a promotion for the site VoteForChange.com. The point of the mock election night special report warns of a McCain victory if voter turnout is low.

The question remains, did NBC give permission to use Tom Brokaw's image and Keith Olbermann's voice? Let's hope so:

Earlier this month, FNC sent a cease-and-desist to the McCain campaign for using a Major Garrett report in a Web ad and CBS had a McCain ad removed from YouTube after Katie Couric's comments were used. The ad is still up on the Obama YouTube channel.
