Yup, it was on my local news chanels down here in SC too. Only difference is that here, the news anchors were trying to explain it away as if was commonplace--that we ALL forget how many homes we own from time to time...But I'm down here is Lindsey Graham country. Ick.
I caught the commercial here in LA. BTW, what scares me more is that McCain is now in favor of reinstituting the draft. That was covered well yesterday on Olbmerman's show. We must be fearful of this crazy madman warmonger. D.
If anone knows how to make the darft info resonate with the younger people on face book etc I think we need to do it ourselves because the media is not about to help BO with that. It is scary,,,, why the BO camp is not hitting on that I don't know...!
Ellen, my kids, both in college, were shocked last night when they heard. Believe me, the word will get out. Especially as the Democrats bring it up as the colleges start back up in the fall. It's potentially a campaign destroyer, more than how many houses and how out of touch McCain is. Self preservation reaches us all. And McCain will now have to backtrack -- flipflop -- or face the executioner. D.

Adrienne, they tried to back track, then got caught up in it again last night. They don't want to make McCain sound like he's flip flopping and still want to make his statement sound like it's not a done deal yet... but failed. It's going to bite him. D.

I don't care what he says he even thought about it is good enough he spreads lies about Bo and if need be we have to spread this one. I wish I was younger back in my day I could spread a rumor now no one knows me... shit this age thing is not working for me on this issue... It could be the energizer we need to get out the college vote... or the women's vote. I know I cannot handle my son/daughter being drafted... Okay they are 2 and 7 months respectively but if I am freaked out what about people with the draftable (made my own word there) age???????????
My son has already served two tours of duty of over a year each in Iraq. Thank God he wil be out in 2010.

that's why mccain must be exposed. i dont want a stenky rich man who wants to be president just so he could check it off his list. not this time. times are too rough for that.
