In 1999, he said he wouldn't vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. That changed 5 months later when he was running for pres. Hafta love those tightly held convictions.

I am surprised that this Video isn't posted for McCain's statement at the end that one of the two duties of McCain's VP is to inquire daily to the health of the president "so that will obviously make my pick very important." McCain thus thinks his health will be an issue in the next 4 years?
And, if McCain's age is an issue and that a VP could likely succeed him in his term, then why would you put a pro choice VP in?
Joe, the medical records he released (for a very short time to a very limited number of journalists) were for 8 years and were 1200 pages long! That alone gives a clue as to the state of his health...which is why he won't be picking Lieberman for VP, IMO.
