"He'll have to figure out which of the seven kitchen tables to sit at." Gold.
How many kitchen tables do you have?

If he keeps this up, coming up with memorable one-liners, we'll have won the sound bite war.
I don't even have one kitchen table or dining room table.....
How's about a pool table? Table tennis?
A table of contents?
In an odd twist, I have only one house, but seven kitchen tables. It gets a little crowded, but we're never short of a place to eat breakfast.
Yu must have a ton of chairs. Or do you just keep moving the same few around a lot?
Damn... did he just say we've spent 8 years under Bush/McCain? I hope it wasn't a gaffe -- I hope he MEANT to say that!!
Well, that's part of the problem, no room for chairs. We usually just sit on one of the other tables.
That's a sensible, practical answer.
Hey, Reddit/Digg my new vid? It's up now.
Clancy do you live in a Pottery Barn?
eve, shhh. The manager might hear you.
I have precisely one kitchen/dining table. I have, however, 32 chairs.
I have 3. But after the house was foreclosed, two had to go to storage...
I rent, and have been able to keep that up. I may lose my high speed internet connection one day, though. It's the only bill that doesn't fluctuate. I just hope my landlord doesn't fall behind, though, because then I will be so screwed.
Can I play?
I have 1 dining room table and 6 chairs. Boring. I know.
You might need those six chairs for kindling someday, Adrienne. You know, after you can't afford to pay for power and gas.
Thank god I live in SC where it's usually 65 degrees on Christmas Day. But then it gets brutally cold (around 50 degrees) in late January and early February.
There would be very little chance that we'd freeze down here if it becomes too expensive for us to heat our home....Chances are we'd survive even in SC's most brutal cold snaps when the temp. drops down to 50 degrees during the day. Brrrr.
I freeze up here even with the power and gas.
Not to be a detractor or anything, but this speech was VERY negative. I'm frankly rather surprised at this. It's a pretty stark contrast with Obama's positive message. I only hope that Biden had positive messages at other parts of his speech.
As for the one-liners, well, I suspect Obama considered that one ahead of time. (: Joe Biden is clean and articulate, and he does not do bullshit. He's not exactly my dream politician, but damn it, he will do what needs to be done to put America on a better track.
But I support John McCain because of his catchy slogan:
McCain '08
You can't do it, my friends!
I doubt that Biden wrote his speech, Mauro. Chances are good that it was written for him by the staff the Obama campaign already had in place. And it's the VP candidate's role to be negative - I thought he did it rather well.
