A new Greenberg Quinlan Roser survey finds unmarried women overwhelmingly backing Sen. Barack Obama for president, 58% to 29%, "but their commitment to voting lags behind the rest of the country."I have one good single reason for singles to get out and vote: John Sidney McCain.
Key finding: "It is almost impossible to understand the 'women's vote' without understanding the role marital status plays in political decision-making. Marital status not only drives how women vote, but whether they vote."

Think of it as a date with your future.
Damn, girl. You read my mind, but I want to marry Jon Soltz from VoteVets.org.
I'll text him for you.
Oooh Jon's a sweetie, but didn't he just get married?
Ady that John guy is hot... I am married happily I think but BO is really hot.. I might pull a McCheater on him if I had a chance with BO... ha ha aha
Paddy, I think that was Brandon. I don't know if Jon's married or not. But MY husband told me I could marry Jon if I wanted to.
Gotta, yes, please text Jon so his people can talk to my people. That'd be swell. I can think of something I'd like to make swell (kidding, of course). What's wrong with me? I have the dirtiest mind for an old hag. Huh...Am I in that frisky old woman stage?
Sadly 29% are still behind McCain who wants nothing more than to strip them of their rights and choices... What's wrong with them? Can't they read? Don't they listen? D.
Ellen, my husband understands that if either Jon or Obama asked me out, I'd HAVE to go. He knows.
David, some women are dumb and vote against their own interests all the time. Republicans even want to get rid of the morning after pill which is currently given to rape victims. It's crazy.
They want to get rid of contraception all together. They equated it with abortion. So....either we vote them out or ain't nobody getting laid for a few years.
Adrienne, I have the greatest respect for women. That's why my surprise and any woman would be either a Republican or a McCain voter. I still don't believe he'd get more than 10% women's vote. D.
Like I said, David, some women just vote that way no matter what. I don't get it. I'm a woman and I didn't mean any kind of disrespect to women, but...
