Dems reject Palin's nomination for Senate seat

By GottaLaff

I'll try to update, but here's the Tweet:

Alaska Senate Democrats reject Gov. Sarah Palin's nomination of Joe Nelson for vacant seat.

More soon.

Here we go... UPDATE:

The state Senate Democrats just said they've voted to reject Gov. Sarah Palin's latest pick for the open Juneau state senate seat, Joe Nelson.

The Democrats have now asked Palin to pick another appointee by April 20.
