I like Chris (most of the time), and I like Ed Schultz, but I wish MSNBC would mix it up a bit.
Memo to conservatives: Expect to see both Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews on MSNBC through the 2012 race.
Olbermann already re-upped in November, and the NY Times reports that Matthews has just signed a four-year deal.
Within the network, there was an expectation among some staffers that Matthews would be paid less than his most recent deal, which is approximately $5 million. However, the Times doesn't report what Matthews' new contract is worth.
