O.C.O. is the new War on Terrorism

Per Rachel Maddow just now:

No more "War on Terror(ism)". There is a brand new term. It is now called, per the official announcement from the Obama administration:

Overseas contingency operation

Rolls right off the tongue, doesn't it?

Note: I just noticed this never got posted, and remained as a "draft". I could have sworn I put this up last night; hence, the "just now" after Rachel's name.
