On a housekeeping note, we have a new ad so please consider clicking on it and checking out what they're trying to tell you. You can always make a donation thru the PayPal button to the right. Also, if you are thinking of buying anything from Amazon, if you use the links over to the right (for all the books we know you've already bought), just using one of our links to buy anything gets us a couple pennies a transaction. Time to stock up for Christmas!!!

Paddy, for clarification: do you get "a couple of pennies" only if we buy the books/whatever listed in the ad, or if we link-through the ad, but buy something else? I buy stuff through Amazon all the time (at least 2-3 times a week), so if it's the latter, I'd be more than happy to start out here.
Clancy she said anything including groceries long as you use her link
Thanks, Ellen, guess I should dust off the old eyeballs. Need to start reading words when they are right there in front of them. . .
Everything Clanc. Someone just bought one of those Kindle things thru our links and we got like $35 off it!! Groceries, books, electronics you name it.
Sorry for the erratic posting- weird head day.
Dear PixMeister,
Have you checked out this photosite:
http://www.scouttufankjian.com/main.php
Photos by a pro freelancer from the early days in Iowa up through the beginning of the GE. If you go through them chronologicaly it's just amazing to see the long strange (and hopeful!) trip we've been on. Many of the pix are heartsqueezing. One in particular of an older African American gentleman dressed to the nines amongst everyone else in their regular clothes all waiting for Obama is profound.

Daughter's 20th birthday coming up. And she has a 3 page (25 items per) wishlist up at Amazon. So if anyone wants to buy my kid a present and get some $$ for Paddy at the same time... :)
LOL Chris...
Wow, $35! What a racket. I'll be buying even more there now, so I'll try to route it through here.
It surprised the shit outta me- usually we just get like 25 cents or something for a book. Must have been a special promotion.
