Barack Obama told a potential donor to his campaign that Hillary Rodham Clinton is on his list of possible vice presidential running mates, but that her husband's status as a former president makes matters "complicated."
- We've heard this before. It's an old story. It's a story that's old. Enough already.
- Obama isn't about to publicly reject her.
- His campaign has made it clear she's not exactly his first choice. How many times does Obama have to repeat the same response to the same question?
- He'd lose some support from Hillary voters if he came right out and excluded her, especially now.
- He's already said he will not divulge any definitive information until he's good and ready.
- Bill Clinton.
