Just heard Ms Rice finally speaking out on the Russia/Georgia situation. Isn't it nice of Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice to take a few minutes out of her busy vacation schedule to talk tough to Russia now, 5 days after the situation started? Maybe Manolo Blahnik was having a BOGO sale?
