I agree. Very powerful ad. Always good to tie McCain to Bush. Always.
Great ad. Simple yet powerful visuals.
The amazing thing is that you can see McCain moving closer to Bush as he decides to run for president. Closer to a president with the lowest approval ratings in history. Odd. Yet, it seems to be working somehow.
Up is the new down.
So now we know that Elmer Fudd-McCain's obsequiousness increases in direct proportion to his need to please Bush and get his support for the Republican nomination. Currently Bush and Putin, (he still pulls the strings), are the two most dangerous people on the planet. Fudd-McCain has chosen a potentially devastating example to follow.
Fudd-McCain's so-called experience is actually a long string of pandering votes and resolutions to please the traditional powers in Washington. He has no shame. Even with a public approval rating of 0.1%, he would still behave the way he is behaving now. He will not understand when he is beaten, and I fear that is actually when he will be the most dangerous, the most divisive.
If only we could get people to see this... but then again, the public seems to have a blind eye to McCain. They think they know him. But they don't. Unless you look at Bush. Then you know McCain. Only McCain's even more the warmonger. D.
This is one of the best ads I've seen this election season. It REALLY ties McCain to Bush.
Why is obama under performing in the polls. 56% of americans want to see a democratic presedent but only 47% support obamas run for presedent. Why are democrats peeling off and supporting mcsame, he has been gaining ground in all the polls and leads in a few. McSame is running the same type of bush campain and it seems to be working, he has motivated his base by painting obama as weak on national security, not a true patriot, and not one of us. Fear and lies will carry mcbush to the office of commander and chief. And all weak minded people who vote for him this fall deserve everything that they get.
Just keep remindng them...

Even if the President has the lowest approval ratings ever the DEMOCRATIC led Congress/Senate has a rating TWICE as low and the worst record in the last 20 years! All the failures in Pete's post aren't the SOLE responsibility of the President or the GOP, they are the fault of a DEMOCRATIC led Congress/Senate that would rather debate symbolic resolutions syaing it's "National Watermelon Month" than pass a budget to pay for all their little welfare projects.
