My word, I would love to be in America through the night of Polling Day, to wake up at the same time as you, at the dawn of a new era. People roam the world to "be there" for solar or lunar eclipses. So why not "be there" for such an awakening? What better place to be than surrounded by hearts and minds sizzling in anticipation?
Good night all! Don't have nightmares about the Wicked Witch from Wasilla and her stupid srvant John, their time will soon be over!
I'm gonna be pissed as hell if McIck gets 46.6% of the popular vote... How is that even possible? Have that 46.6% just not been paying attention for 8 friggin' years?!
I'm with you chris. I requested the 5th off over a month ago. No matter what direction the election goes, I know that I'm not going to be going to the office that day.
Things are looking good. I'm hoping the fifth is a day I can spend walking around thinking about how beautiful the world is.

All day I've gone over to 538 and it was stuck on Oct. 11. Then Evers mentions it and it's on Oct. 12.
Magic!
SHAZAM!

G'night, L.A., and pleasant dreams. We've already been through the nightmares, and the future looks much brighter now. :)
Legal, you're with us anyway! IN spirit. Hugs.

I'm taking a vacation day on Nov. 5th. :)
Just so long as you don't have to take a sick day. Obama. Must. Win.
I hope security is tight in very conservative areas....I can just imagine the nutcases trying to do some violence against their fellow citizens.
I love 538 site solely for its statistical calculations. Let's all work together to make it a reality on Nov 4th.
ps. ABC has a poll about McCain v. Obama and public opinions. Its about who has been attacking, and who has been addressing the issues:
