How refreshingly rare - a republican truth-teller. Palin is unquestionably a mistake (or words to that effect). Bravo Frum!

Is anyone surprised that the GOP pundits are jumping the SS McCain with the iceberg in clear sight?

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving everyone!

Thank you fellow Canuck David Frum for telling it like it is.
Shift the focus from Presidential to Senatorial and try and get back your party.......
Good Luck with that....;-)

And the choice of Pain - opps I meant Palin!!
"Huge mistake."
Huge shallow mistake.
Thanks McCain.
Thanks Rove.
Thanks Republicans.

Hello to Obama and Biden and let's see a more democratic and dynamic America for a change.

IMHO this is good news for the Obama camp and Democrats.

A good point here in the segment... the Republicans are going to lose much more than just the presidency -- they're going to lose more seats in both Houses. It's all their own fault. They didn't have even one good candidate to run in the primaries and they ended up with the dregs for a candidate. D.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to you too, Wotching.

I hope that Canada eventually follows America back towards the political center, as the polls for this US election indicate is happening in America.

I hope the success of the Obama/Biden policies on health care, the economy and education stop the creep of privatization and outsourcing that seems to be the Canadian politicians' panacea of late.

Today I am thankful to Obama/Biden. I find I start sentences with "I hope" a lot these days and it is because of them.

How refreshingly rare, a Republican with honest no spin answers!

I am sure in a few short years this kind of Republican will be as extinct as the polar bear will be! So sad!

The first male Republican I have evr felt like kissing. Well, not really, but sorta kinda, well maybe just a hug.

I expected this to happen, so I'll put my butt in the "kick here" position again: more Republicans will come forward to make this kind of statement, more and more senior in a subtely organised manner, until McCalamity gets the message. He won't get the message until after the final debate has been analysed, by which time his comic campaign will be dead. He won't turn around an Obama lead of 10% in the remaining time. Nobody could.
