Republican chair: Don't waste money on New Mexico, Virginia Senate races

John Ensign (R-NV), chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, as in "in charge of getting them elected", has ceded the Senate races in New Mexico and Virginia.
He told the WSJ that:

“You don’t waste money on races that don’t need it or you can’t win.”
