Secret Ballot Will Decide Lieberman's Fate

"Senate Democrats will decide by secret ballot Tuesday whether to take away Sen. Joe Lieberman's chairmanship of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee," the Hartford Courant reports.
