Biased Brown-Senor, redux

By GottaLaff

Biased Brown is talking to Wolf Blitzer on CNN right now. Yes, Campbell "No Bias No Bull" Brown-Senor is defending her attack on Obama's honoring Fitzgerald's request to stay mum about the Rod Blagojevich scandal.

She says she respects Obama's decision to not comment on staff contacts. But she's still upset that he cut off a reporter mid-question. You can't "dictate questions asked of you at a press conference". She maintains it wouldn't have violated any deal he made with Fitz. She says he's "using it as a blanket excuse not to touch the issue because it may be embarrassing to him."

Hey, she says, Republicans are supporting Obama. He's benefited from their "hands off" honeymoon period. But "we journalists have a job to do. We must press him on every issue whenever we can," she says.

I do agree with that last part. But her double standards still seem to take precedence over her objectivity.

Allow me to quote myself:
If evasive, nasty little retorts were middle fingers, Bush managed to blatantly flip off the press on a regular basis... if and when he held any press conferences.

Maybe Mrs. Dan Senor should have had the same set of standards, and intestinal fortitude, to face off with the current president before lashing out at the future one.
