Palin "Running Shorts" Photographer Breached Contract

That photo has caused quite a stir. Here's one more:

Daily Finance reports that the photographer who shot the controversial picture of Sarah Palin in running shorts for Runner's World magazine, violated his contract by reselling them to Newsweek for use on this week's cover.

A spokeswoman for the magazine confirms that the contract "contained a clause stipulating that his photos of Palin would be under embargo for a period of one year following publication -- meaning until August 2010."
