Last night Lawrence O'Donnell ticked off what the holdouts would get in exchange for letting the debate move forward.
Keep in mind, this is just to let debate begin... not voting for a bill. How generous of them. How democratic.
Sen. Mary Landrieu just announced she'll vote "yes" to move the bill forward, but is now speaking critically of the public option as I type this.
