I've never seen Pat take so many sips from his cup before. I think he was trying to not say too much. "That woman". Ahem.

Attack No Longer Inevitable?
By GottaLaff
Running on empty:
Bob Shrum: "The last recourse of the rear-guard, the only answer they have left, is that at least the nation has not been attacked at home since 2001. This is a blatant shift in their argument that reflects their fall from power. In office, they constantly warned that another attack was inevitable; now, if it comes, the convenient implication is that Obama's policies will have caused it."The Rushpublics may have tried to set a trap for the ObamAdministration, but how effective is a trap if it's exposed for all to see?

Is there a psychiatrist in the house?
Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy
I caught part of this earlier, and honest to goodness, all I could think is that Joe Scarborough has some sort of psychiatric problem. From my limited experience, I'd say narcissism mixed in with passive/aggressive syndrome. Anyone with more learning want to weigh in? Oh, and he's a bully too.
Ding, ding, ding!!! Dr Clancy has a detailed and I believe, definitive diagnosis in the comments.

Quote-O'-The-Moment: Angry Old McCain edition
Remember when President Obama went out of his way to make overtures to Gramm-pa McCain (Super Bowl Sunday comes to mind, as does this)? And remember how Gramm-pa returned the favor? So does Bob Shrum:
"He is bitter and really angry. He is angry at the press, which he thinks is unfair. He is angry at Obama and angry at the voters. He has gone from being an angry old candidate to being an angry old defeated candidate."
--Bob Shrum said of McCain in an interview on Friday
