Sebelius Expects Health Care Deal, Rips GOP

There has been a lot of speculation about a health care deal being in the works before the Big Summit. Here's an out and out statement to that effect by the HHS Secretary:

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius "said she expects a single Democratic health-care proposal to be posted online before the president's Feb. 25 health care summit," NBC News reports. The proposal merges the efforts of the House and Senate.

Sebelius also criticized Republicans for not putting forth any ideas of their own.

Said Sebelius: "The Democrats have actually been engaged looking for solutions for over a year. The Republican Party has not come to the table with any sort of comprehensive proposal."

Nor have they done that with the jobs bill.

What a bunch of eager beaver, go-getters the Rushpublics are. Didn't get that responsibility gene, now did they...
