Yesterday I bet my dad that Hillary's getting direct access to Obama would be the deal-clincher. I should have put up some money:
The New York Times reports President-elect Obama reassured Sen. Hillary Clinton that "as secretary of state she would have direct access to him and could select her own staff" and with that "the wooing was complete."
