Quite a contrast, isn't it?

Three stories here:

1. Who influences whom.

2. We need real campaign finance reform.

3. We need real SCOTUS reform.

For some excellent Weiner (bygones), watch these videos of him smack down a couple of health care weenies (bygones).

LimObama

By GottaLaff

The Secret Service has unveiled the new presidential limousine, to debut on Inauguration Day next Tuesday.

“Although many of the vehicles’ security enhancements cannot be discussed, it is safe to say that this car’s security and coded communications systems make it the most technologically advanced protection vehicle in the world,” Nicholas Trotta, Assistant Director for the Office of Protective Operations, said in a statement.

That enormous shiny, black car looks like a big ol' seal. The Presidential Seal. Say good-night, Laffy. Good-night, Laffy.

Leaders Seek Dismissal Of Charges Against Renzi

By GottaLaff

Via Roll Call (subscription only, so all I have is this):

House leaders from both sides of the aisle called Tuesday for the dismissal of most of the corruption charges against Rep. Rick Renzi (R-Ariz.), asserting that federal investigators’ use of a wiretap violated the Constitution’s Speech or Debate Clause.
So John McCain no longer feels the urge to punch him in the face, huh? Bygones.
