This is one time I am adamant about not wanting President Obama to compromise. We can't afford to have another Supreme Court judge who carries so much as the scent of leaning right:
Justice John Paul Stevens says he'll decide soon about retiring — for his own peace of mind and to give President Barack Obama and the Senate plenty of time to replace him.
I take that to mean it will be sooner than later.
