From CNN's Rick Sanchez: Troy Dale West Jr., of Poulan, Georgia, is facing charges including misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct after allegedly beating African American Army reservist Tashawnea Hill, 35, after the two had words at the entrance of the Morrow, Georgia, Cracker Barrel restaurant the evening of September 9, 2009

This was brutal. The FBI is investigating this as a potential hate crime. Good.

As Paddy said earlier, what ever happened to the Rushpublic "support the troops" mantra in this case, hmmm? Do you hear anything from them on her behalf? No? Of course not. Why not?

Hint: She's black. Probably a fascist, socialist, communist, birth certificateless Nazi from Kenya, too.
