VIDEO: Rahm Emanuel Gave Blagojevich List of Names; Newsflash: That's not a crime

By GottaLaff

Chicago -- The firestorm surrounding Governor Blagojevich is putting some heat on Barack Obama’s transition team. Fox Chicago News has learned about possible conversations between a top Obama aide and the governor regarding the open senate seat. Craig Wall has the exclusive.
Law enforcement sources tell Fox News Chicago that Obama chief of staff Rahm Emanuel had multiple conversations with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich and gave him a list of "acceptable names" for filling Sen. Barack Obama's Senate seat.

The conversations between Emanuel and Blogojevich were reportedly taped. Those would be tapes worth hearing -- without the bleeps.
Patrick Fitzgerald has already cleared Obama:
(Reuters) - President-elect Barack Obama was in no way implicated in the federal corruption charges against the governor of his home state of Illinois, a fellow Democrat, the U.S. prosecutor in the case said on Tuesday.

"I should make clear the complaint makes no allegations about the president-elect whatsoever," said U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.”
Just a thought: Since when did swearing become so taboo? As I remember, someone told Pat Leahy to go Cheney himself and nobody batted an eye.
