That shouldn't be too hard, considering the meltdown/700 kazillion dollar bailout. However, I'm sure the Bush/McCain consortium will find some way to flip the conversation to fear and terrorism. Sen. Barack Obama has pulled virtually even with Sen. John McCain in Florida, according to a new Research 2000 poll.
McCain now just barely edges Obama 46% to 45%.
Said pollster Del Ali: "It's competitive, no question, and obviously the economy is the top issue. What took place on Wall Street this week helped Obama in Florida. His numbers went up with each day we polled. For him to win Florida, it's obviously important for the economy to stay the top issue."
