One of my favorite readers, Basadd, used his sharp eyes (he regularly uses his sharp wit in Comments) to spot this and grabbed a screen shot:

Here's how it looks now. At least someone figured out how to use spell check and corrected the error:

The Kindle's Obama Problem

May I also add that the blogger spell check still tells me that Barack Obama is misspelled as well.

The New York Times finds the first major problem with the new Kindle: It's electronic "voice" mispronounces two important words that show up often in the pages of newspapers: "Barack" (the device rhymes it with "black") and "Obama" (sounds like "Alabama").

Deep Thought

Exactly how long do we have to wait for the Great Googley Intertubes Gods™ to fix it so we don't get an error prompt or replace word prompt (Osama) every time we type Obama?
