VIDEO ADDED: Neo-Nazis rally against illegal immigration in Phoenix

The good news? There were protesters protesting the Nazi protesters. The bad news? The Nazi protesters:

"I've never done anything like this before, but there's just so much racial tension in Phoenix lately," Wilcox said, as he held a sign that read "Nazis stay out of PHX" "I don't want it to seem like (they are) welcome here."

Members of the National Socialist Movement, a neo-Nazi group based out of Detroit, were met with a greater number of protesters. [...]

J.T Ready of Mesa also spoke at the America First Rally. He said the group was defending his country against invaders.

I consider Nazis the invaders... of democracy, of the general health and welfare of this country, of rationality and sanity... the list goes on.

Andy Hernandez of Phoenix said he was surprised at the different types of people who showed up to protest the neo-Nazis.

"There's all kinds of people, from different races and colors," Hernandez said. "We represent America. We didn't shut them down, but we gave them a counter protest. We just oppose what Nazi represents."

The Nazis want to shut down people of all races and colors, yet those very same people, the ones who the Nazis long to eradicate, somehow willingly uphold their enemies' liberties.

And the Tea Partiers/Bachmanns/Becks et al. equate the name Obama with the word Nazi... claiming that they represent "real" America.

Activist Who Staged Gun Interview At Obama Event Was Defender Of '90s Militia

You all remember Chris, don't you? If you need an unpleasant memory jolt, go here for the video. He's the one with the assault rifle at the Obama event in Phoenix.

Well, there was this other gun guy there, too, Ernest Hancock, who organized the whole thing:

And Hancock, who was also on the scene with a holstered handgun, turns out to have had very close ties to a 90s-era Arizona militia group called the 'Viper Militia' most of whose members were eventually sent to federal prison on various weapons and explosives charges tied to plans to bomb federal buildings.

Seems Chris was pallin' around with Hancock who was pallin' around with terrorists.

[...] Viper Militia folks were sort of Tim McVeigh also-rans from back in the glory days. Hancock, though not indicted himself, was their main public advocate. He was clearly close to these folks while they were plotting.

These are the "don't take our guns away" guys who are in close proximity to President Obama and his supporters... armed with big, scary-looking, dangerous, threatening, macho, penis-surrogate weapons. These are the guys who feel their rights are in jeopardy, the ones who publicly pack heat "because they can".

Because of who they are, it is the rest of it who are potentially at risk.

And these same sickos are protesting the very policies that would make us healthier, both physically and mentally, as a nation. How ironic that they would be some of the most needy beneficiaries.

John McCain booed at NBA All-Star Game

And these are his homeys. Imagine if this had been in, say, Chicago:

On Sunday, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) attended the NBA All-Star game at US Airways Center in Phoenix, AZ. Though McCain “might be fan favorite during Phoenix Suns games,” he “didn’t receive a warm hometown welcome” when he was introduced at the game:

McCain, who’s held his seat in Arizona for 22 years, was greeted with a smattering of boos and hisses when introduced with wife, Cindy, during a break between the first and second quarter of the NBA All-Star game Sunday night.

His presidential opponent Barack Obama was greeted more cordially after a short speech that aired during halftime on the stadium’s monitors and big screens.

Unfortunately, the boos weren't aired.

Gee, I can't imagine why he's so unpopular.
