Yep, this from the head of the party that's "engaging in every activity they can to slow down" health care reform. I'm thinkin' they might be more effective if their party chair was, you know, somewhat knowledgeable.

Well whaddya want from someone who didn't provide his own family with health care for years?

The Plum Line’s Greg Sargent noted that RNC Chairman Michael Steele, who is doing everything he can to stop health care reform, went three years without health insurance and once told his kids not to “break anything” because they didn’t have coverage. “Steele, presumably, now has insurance, so his family doesn’t have to be quite so careful,” wrote Sargent.

His kids apparently remained unbroken. Michael Aluminuminuminum better be careful, though, before he breaks his party into so many pieces that nobody will be able to put it back together again.
