Road Trip Sighting #2

About every mile or so, on the way to Sacramento along Route 5, I spotted small yellow roadside signs with clear, bold lettering. Each one was displayed prominently in cropless-but-well-manicured fields of dirt. And each said:

CONGRESS CREATED DUST BOWL

Geez, even on vacation, I can't escape political battles.
