Last night I posted a report that Penny Pritzker was Obama's choice for Secretary of Commerce. However...
Despite last night's report that Penny Pritzker was President-elect Obama's choice to become Commerce secretary, the Washington Post reports she "has run into business obstacles that will likely prevent her" from taking the post."Secretary Penny" doesn't look like much of a possibility any more. Too bad. We could have had such fun with her name alone.
Said one Obama adviser: "The issue is whether she ultimately wants to do this, and it may be -- and probably will be -- possible that for business reasons, she probably can't do it."
