Chris Matthews: There's some powerful networking going on... Not just business people, but political animals. Carly Fiorina... This campaign is trying to network among high powered women to bring in the Hillary people. Not the "Norma Raes", but power women. An interesting effort.

Chuck Todd: Prime time hour is precise. Palin's speech will be longer than expected, so they have to move things around. But what's fascinating: They don't leave any gap between Rudy, video of Palin, and Palin's speech TO GET RID OF COMMENTARY. Keeps it to a minimum.

Tom Brokaw: They don't want to risk Democratic commentary either, or a delegate who got a script. It's tightly scripted.
