Isn't he cute when he tries to make it sound like it's a bad thing now that the Dems are doing it?
Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-S.C.) trotted out some new talking points on Sunday morning, trying to label Democrat legislative tactics this year as nothing more than Karl Rove and Tom DeLay politics.
On NBC's "Meet the Press," Graham argued against the $787 billion fiscal stimulus package that passed Congress earlier this year with only three Senate Republican votes in support.
"They went back to the old way of politics, the Karl Rove style of picking off a few Republicans," Graham said.
Graham then took aim at the climate-change bill that passed the House on Friday evening on a 219-212 vote, with 44 Democrats opposed and eight Republicans in favor.
"The climate change bill was Tom DeLay, banging heads," Graham said. "The process was beating people up and making them vote for something."
