My forever friend who lives in Hawaii sent me an email today. She works at a school and surprised me with this:

Did i tell you Obama's niece goes to my school? She's 4. When the head of school saw her on election day he said, "It's a big day for your uncle today, isn't it?" She replied, "Well at least now he can stop running!" She was late to school yesterday because she and her mom got accosted as they left their house by people wanting an interview.

I hope we hear more about her, especially because she sounds adorable and at only four, already gave us a memorable quote.

Poor thing, so young and already being harangued by the media.
