"Best possible lead in" for Morning Joke? Bill O'Reilly....
First on TVNewser: MSNBC's Willie Geist is getting his own daily program on the network. The half-hour show will lead in to Morning Joe, on which Geist will continue to contribute.
Insiders tell us Geist's show, as yet unnamed, will launch June 29, the same day several other new programs are added and the day the network goes HD.
The new show will be an extension of what Geist has been doing for MSNBC for the last four years - a satirical look at the news of the day and, in many cases, the news stories you may not have heard about.
