Mark Sanford's hair cuts: From Supercuts coupons to private planes

Mark "Toast" Sanford apparently feels he needs to take his special state airplane to hair cut appointments. Hmmm, odd. Why odd? Here's why:

He still gets trims at Supercuts, and rarely forgets to bring a coupon. Sanford's libertarian politics are an extension of his penny-pinching quirks.

Yes, that's right. Mr. Frugal, seems to have changed drastically since April 25, 2009.

Nah, that can't be right. Nobody changes that much in only a few months. Unless....

Yes, that must mean he's a raging liar, somebody no one can trust. Yeah, that must be it.
