Why Do I Know More Than People Making The Big $$ To Report The News?

Why does a middle aged woman in Indiana end up screaming at a high paid cable talking head when she says, "McCain has cancelled the fundraiser with the controversial supporter who compared rape to the weather" (not once, but twice).

Why did the Democratic pundit that was appearing in the segment not correct her? I knew this wasn't true LAST FREAKING NIGHT.

Do these people not have computers? Do they not find it necessary to actually know what the hell is going on? For the anchor, I have no basis of knowledge, but having heard the kind of prep Cliff does before he goes on a cable show, the D pundit has no excuse.

I'm more than willing to take a fraction of what is paid to these maroons and speak about the ACTUAL news, and you know what? I'd even go so far to get some facts and substantiate them with sources.
