A senior Obama campaign official confirmed to NBC News that Sen. Barack Obama delayed his departure from Washington tonight to meet with Sen. Hillary Clinton at her home.

CNN now reports the meeting took place earlier this evening "somewhere in Washington" but was not at Clinton's home.
