U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook is seeking a federal court order to stall and eventually prevent an upcoming deployment to Afghanistan.In the 20-page document — filed July 8 with the United States District Court, Middle District of Georgia — Cook's California-based attorney, Orly Taitz, asks the court to consider granting his client's request based upon Cook's belief that President Barrack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of U.S Armed Forces.
Why didn't Boy Georgie think of that? Everyone knows Lyndon Johnson was born in Kenya.

Yeah, let's see how well this works out for the Major.
Trying to get out of military duty for frivilous reasons is REAL popular among his fellow soldiers.

I hope he gets court marshaled, and after serving his time in the brig, he should be dishonorably discharged.
Major Cook is a coward and needs to be removed from the U. S. military as soon as possible.
So, what about Sec. Gates and the General's standings because they are the Major Cook's boss and they are telling him to serve. Guess they are not US citizens either. Interesting.

All Obama has to do is show a long form birth certificate that shows the name of the hospital he born in and the doctor who delivered him. Goodness, doesn't he have $20 for this? He has over $900,000 for fighting it though.

Anonymous was obviously incapable of believing Obama's birth certificate posted all over the Internet and the State of Hawaii's verification of it as accurate. Sad, really.

You have to realize that there is more to it then just being born in the US. Maybe everyone should look at snoops.com it gives you an explanation of what natural born is. Do reseach before you all start ranting and raving. I dont care what side of the fence on. Just be educated!
