But of course, when Bill Clinton is spoken of as "impeached", they generally ignored that he was "cleared", too.

Plenty of blame to go around over the last several years, but the GOPers want to hang it all on the Dems -- including a President who has not yet been elected!?! (BTW, Obama does have plans; McCain does not. And Bush ain't gone yet.) Whose basic philosopy has it been to deregulate and to undo FDR's "New Deal" programs?
